You expect to enjoy your L.A. Spa for many years to come, and our hot tubs are designed and manufactured with that in mind. Every spa we build is backed by 35 years of design and manufacturing experience. Over the course of three decades, we've developed a number of proprietary components and design elements which have established L.A. Spas as an industry leader and maker of premium products.
Long-Term Durability
To achieve the strength and durability required of an L.A. Spa, we employ a polybond construction method. Polybond construction is a triple-layer composite of a cast acrylic surface, strengthened by vinyl ester and polyester resin laminates. Bonding these three elements together creates a super-tough, durable spa shell which is built to last.
This sturdy inner shell is cradled by a heavy-duty L.A. Spas sub-frame, specially built with moisture-resistant, pressure treated lumber, to provide long-term structural support for your spa. L.A. Spas also integrates an ABS sealed bottom vapor barrier that eliminates moisture creep.
Furthermore, the L.A. Spas reinforced footwell is manufactured using a proprietary composite material which supports the entire spa, allowing it to rest solidly on the ground, while providing maximum structural integrity. Although features and options may vary from model to model, at L.A. Spas every hot tub includes the same heavy-duty construction and materials and undergoes the same extensive quality assurance process before it is installed at your home.
We at L.A. Spas have worked to produce a hot tub that's beautiful both inside and out. Our design team's attention to detail ensures that the curves and corners of our spas are both elegant and ergonomically sound. We use only the finest cast acrylic surfaces, which have been proven to retain their high luster and beauty over time.
The cabinetry surrounding our spas is assembled by trained craftsmen who care about the look and feel of the finished product. Our unique cabinet-saver waterfall lip forces splashing water away from the spa while protecting the finish of the cabinet. With minimal maintenance, your spa will remain a beautiful addition to any setting and an oasis for family and friends.
